As part of their "WIP" (Work in Progress) section, the Sommets present two highly anticipated projects in the presence of the authors and producers: Suzie dans la forêt (dir.: Thomas Corriveau, prod.: Raquel Sancinetti and Nicolas Dufour-Laperrière, Embuscade Films) and Crème à glace (dir.: Rachel Samson, prod.: Raquel Sancinetti and Nicolas Dufour-Laperrière, Embuscade Films).

Suzie dans la forêt: Suzie is deeply affected by the loss of Simon, her husband, and Chloé, her ten-year-old daughter, who died in a head-on collision with a moose that emerged from a wooded area along the road. Suzie goes through a painful grief and manages to regain a taste for life through meetings with animals.
