This year, for the 24th edition of the Sommets du cinéma d'animation, we’re giving a voice to tomorrow's film buffs with our call for applications for our Young Jury.

We want to involve young viewers in the festival by giving them an opportunity to discover animated films in a fun and engaging way.

Who?
We're looking for 3-5 young people aged 6 to 8, who love animated films and want to take part in this unique experience.

When?
Saturday, May 16 at 10:00 a.m., at the Cinémathèque québécoise. The jury members are invited to watch a program of animated short films. At the end of the session, it’s time for voting and deliberation: Best film? Best character? The decision is theirs!

The results — along with their comments — will be revealed that very evening during the Sommets' official Awards Ceremony. A great way to highlight their perspective and critical thinking!

How to participate?
To participate, just fill out the online form with the child’s first name, age, and a short sentence explaining why they love animated films.
