During this event, the Sommets and the Cinémathèque québécoise will present the 2026 René-Jodoin Award, which recognizes the outstanding work of a Canadian personality or organization in the animation industry each year. The winners of the 24th edition of the festival’s Official Competition will then be announced, in the presence of the jury members.
